Q-How long is production & shipping?
- Production is 7-14 business days however, this could differ based on custom being produced
- Tracking created 1-3 days prior to shipping then sent to your method of contact entered during checkout
- Custom are shipped first class & Priority through USPS
- Monitor & expect package within 1-3 business days after the info is uploaded to USPS system
Q- How should I clean my jewelry?
- Generally, most jewelry can be cleaned with mild liquid detergent mixed with warm water
Q- Can my custom be worn in water?
- Yes! You can wear your custom in water. However, it’s not recommended for life time wear.
- Your custom should be the first thing off at night & the last thing on in the morning.
- We recommended no water on memory pendants.
Q- Do My Dream Custom Collection make styles besides the options available on the website?

- Allow us 72hrs to respond
Q- Can I get a refund?
- Yes! If you email or message our customer service option before we start production. You have 48hrs after you place your order.
- Yes! If we agree you had an issue because of production. We will attempt to accommodate by replacing your custom first.
