Terms of service

There are NO returns/exchanges on Customized Necklaces or Memory Pendants.

Any issues within 30 days of purchase entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece or exchange - free of charge.

MDCC will repair the item if you have any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects.

OPTION TO REPAIR OR SUBSTITUTE is voided on user damage issues (i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.)

Once any of our custom pieces go into production, there can be NO cancellations.
